The most important point in drilling optimization process is the identifying and reduction of further stresses and vibration types along the string and BHA during drilling mode both slide and rotation mode in directional wells or vertical although we are directional drilling company so regard to considering hole condition comprehensively at the first we believe optimization of drilling parameters should be through the directional driller demands on the first place that’s why well geometry, steering, hole cleaning and hole condition are the priority. in addition to drilling parameters adjustment purpose to vibrations dump and enhancement drilling progress we do also bit selection and bit run analysis, BHA design optimization, Trip time analysis, Geological analysis as optimization service beside D&M services to our clients.

Some down hole vibrations existence along BHA is identifiable on surface indications but often does not, our MWD probes equipped by shock sensors; axial and lateral which is measuring intensity of the these vibration types although even we plan ahead to prepare new package MWD tools which also contain rotation shock sensor future how calculate stick and slip shocks and stresses too, Conclusion of all these data help us to analysis on our software in order to optimize the BHA designs also in advance.
